Data Note(s)

FLHealthCharts.gov is provided by the Florida Department of Health, Division of Public Health Statistics and Performance Management.

Data Source: Florida Department of Health, Bureau of Epidemiology

  • Data are provisional and subject to change.

  • Data exclude persons known to reside outside Florida.

  • A reporting week runs from Friday through Thursday. Data is updated weekly. Data is as of January 04, 2025

  • Vaccination data is based on counts beginning December 11, 2020, and is cumulative to date.

  • Vaccine data are displayed by person. A person is only counted once per time period displayed (week/ month/ year).

  • A person who received multiple vaccinations within the same period (weekly, monthly, and yearly) is included only once in that period and the later of the vaccinations is used to determine the demographic category. For. e.g., For the 2022 counts, if a person received vaccinations in February 2022 and in April 2022 and between that period, they turned 65, then they will be included only in the 65+ age category for the year 2022.

  • The data reflects the counts by the vaccine administration date; therefore, data from previous weeks (especially the most current week) may fluctuate based on when the data are reported to the department.
